Vinificazione avviene parte in acciaio, parte in legno, e la malolattica è evitata . L’assemblaggio quota tra il 10% e il 25%, a seconda dell’annata base, di vins de réserve. Poi, matura tre anni sui lieviti.

Vinification takes place partly in steel and partly in wood, avoiding malolactic fermentation in the end. The Assemblage is somewhere between 10 and 25% vins de réserve depending on the year. Then, the wine ages 3 years on the lees.
